Sua dedicação à causa social e seu compromisso com o bem-estar da capital serão lembrados com carinho por todos que tiveram a honra de conhecê-lo.
Além de sua atuação comunitária, Paulo César Gatão teve um papel relevante no esporte local como ex-presidente do Mixto Esporte Clube, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do esporte na região. Sua paixão pelo futebol e seu apoio incansável ao time foram admiráveis e inspiradores. Gatão foi um dos fundadores da torcida Boca Suja, demonstrando seu amor pelo esporte e seu comprometimento com as causas que abraçava.
