O Centro de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde (CPICS) Canto da Harmonia realizou uma atividade no Parque Zoobotânico Arruda Câmara (Bica) para comemorar o Dia da Natureza. O evento, que aconteceu na tarde desta quarta-feira (04), contou com práticas de meditação em contato direto com a natureza.
“Curtir o som dos pássaros, o toque do vento, sentir o calor do sol, o cheiro da grama, caminhar descalço. Tudo isso quando nos integramos à meditação nos faz criar conexões, conscientes de que somos ‘um’ com esse ‘todo’ que nos acolhe. Foi uma tarde onde vivenciamos várias formas de meditar, que vão desde a caminhar em silêncio ouvindo os sons da natureza, até rolar na grama sentindo a textura e observando as sensações corporais”, explicou Greicy Bernardo, diretora do CPICS Canto da Harmonia.
Serviço – O Centro de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde (CPICS) Canto da Harmonia completou 11 anos no mês de maio e passou por uma reforma estrutural, ampliando os serviços ofertados à população e aumentando o número de usuários atendidos. O espaço está ligado à Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SMS) e oferece terapias alternativas em grupo e individuais, voltadas a todos os públicos.
No serviço, a população tem acesso a atividades como reiki, auriculoterapia, barras de acesso, acupuntura, massagem, terapia floral, reflexologia podal, ventosaterapia, biodança, dançaterapia, constelação familiar, tai chi chuan; resgate de autoestima, relaxamento e meditação.
O CPICS Canto da Harmonia está situado à Rua Ulisses Alves Pequeno, s/n, Valentina Figueiredo, ao lado da Praça Soares Madruga. O horário de atendimento é das 8h às 12h e das 13h às 17h.
