A Comissão de Ética da CGE-MS (Controladoria-Geral do Estado) elaborou um formulário digital, com cinco perguntas objetivas, com a intenção de ouvir a opinião dos servidores e consequentemente contribuir com os trabalhos da respectiva Comissão.
As respostas servirão como apoio para contribuir na atualização do código de Ética da instituição que está sendo reformulado. “Trata-se de uma iniciativa que possui como finalidade o levantamento de dados sobre o assunto para oportunizar a busca de melhorias pela Comissão, bem como incentivar, desde já, a integração de todos para a promoção e propagação de uma cultura ética no âmbito da nossa instituição”, revela o presidente da Comissão, Raphael Noleto Auad de Gomes.
O auditor do Estado ainda acrescenta: “O formulário é simples e objetivo, mas muito importante para o aprimoramento do nosso trabalho. Contamos com o apoio de todos em prol de uma CGE cada vez mais forte, ativa e atuante em nosso Estado, e sempre respeitando as normas e princípios éticos”, ressalta.
As informações serão colhidas de maneira anônima. As questões poderão ser acessadas e respondidas, no período de 2 a 22 deste mês, pelos auditores do Estado, servidores concursados e comissionados, além de estagiários, trainees e demais colaboradores da pasta que queiram participar.
Comissão de Ética
Em agosto deste ano, a CGE-MS publicou, no Diário Oficial do Estado, os nomes dos auditores titulares e suplentes designados para a nova composição da Comissão. Eles têm o período de dois anos para exercerem o mandato como membros.
As reuniões da Comissão ocorrerão, em caráter ordinário, mensalmente e, extraordinariamente, sempre que necessário, sendo obrigatória a presença de, pelo menos, três integrantes.
