Dia 12 de outubro, a Associação dos Moradores e Amigos do Recanto Turístico de Cachoeira de Emas comemorou O Dia das Crianças no Centro Comunitário do Jardim Limoeiro, Quadra de Esportes com muita diversão. Houve distribuição de algodão doce, pipoca, cachorro-quente, refrigerantes, brinquedos infláveis, muita música infantil, roda de capoeira com o professor Dener e muita brincadeira.
Já no no dia 14 de outubro (sábado) novamente as crianças foram recebidas na Quadra de Esportes. Além das deliciosas guloseimas, elas participaram da Feira de Artes, onde fizeram desenhos ao som de muita música com a galera do @piranocoletivo. Para os que gostam de fotografia, no Trailer Itinerante, foram ministradas técnicas utilizando os recursos do próprio celular, e fechando as atividades com chave de ouro, tivemos a exposição do Carro de Bombeiros, com explicações do Cabo André Santos sobre prevenção de acidentes e demonstração de jatos de água para apagar incêndios. Foram momentos de muita diversão para as crianças.
