A Prefeitura de São José dos Campos, por meio do Cephas (Colégio de Educação Profissional Hélio Augusto de Souza), lança no dia 23 de outubro o Programa Certifica Cephas.
A ação está prevista no Plano de Governo Municipal 2021/2024.
O objetivo é avaliar, reconhecer e certificar profissionais de São José dos Campos que já exercem determinadas atividades e necessitam da certificação para exercício profissional, inserção ou reinserção no mercado de trabalho.
As inscrições (no site do Qualifica) começam no dia 24 de outubro e vão até 10 de novembro. A convocação dos classificados será nos dias 13 e 14 de novembro. O resultado final será divulgado nos dias 6 e 8 de dezembro.
Processo
Para obterem a certificação, os candidatos passarão por etapas de avaliação, iniciando com uma entrevista para levantamento da história profissional e educacional. Em seguida, serão feitas atividades teóricas e práticas para verificar as competências profissionais.
Cada candidato terá acompanhamento individual para avaliar o desempenho das atividades.
Os profissionais que passarem pelo processo receberão diploma, certificado, histórico e atestado de reconhecimento de competências profissionais.
O Cephas realizará periodicamente os processos de certificação profissional. Nesta primeira fase serão oferecidas 30 vagas para cada uma das profissões a serem certificadas:
