Foi publicado nesta terça-feira (24) no Diário Oficial de Pirassununga o Decreto nº 8.450 de 24 de outubro de 2023 que revoga em seu inteiro teor o Decreto nº 8.429, de 28 de setembro de 2023, que dispõe sobre a redução temporária da jornada de trabalho dos servidores da Secretaria Municipal de Obras e Serviços e do Serviço de Água e Esgoto de Pirassununga-SAEP que desempenham suas atividades sob exposição ao sol.
Fica revogada a jornada de trabalho de 6 horas diárias com intervalo de 15 minutos, com início e término da jornada a serem definidos pelos responsáveis legais de cada setor pertinente. O Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, produzindo efeitos a contar de 26 de outubro de 2023.
Com o novo Decreto, a jornada de trabalho dos servidores que desempenham suas atividades na exposição do sol volta ao horário habitual. Os Agentes Comunitários de Saúde também retornam à realizar visitas domiciliares no período vespertino.
