A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve um homem, de 46 anos de idade, na tarde de domingo (12), após ele violar uma medida protetiva judicial, que o impedia de chegar próximo à ex-esposa. O caso ocorreu no Parque das Paineiras, na Zona Norte da cidade.
A mulher, de 51 anos de idade, foi quem acionou os GCM, via aplicativo que monitora e protege vítimas de violência doméstica. No momento em que a GCM chegou ao local, por volta das 17h40, o suspeito, acusado de entrar no imóvel e fazer ameaças à ex-mulher, havia sido imobilizado pelos filhos da vítima.
A GCM deu voz de prisão e apresentou o caso na Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Sorocaba, onde a autoridade de plantão determinou a prisão em flagrante do homem, por descumprimento da medida protetiva, ficando à disposição da Justiça.
