Após prorrogação do prazo, a etapa da campanha de atualização cadastral e declaração semestral de rebanhos segue até 31 de dezembro. O objetivo da Iagro (Agência Estadual de Defesa Sanitária Animal e Vegetal) é oferecer aos produtores um tempo adicional para cumprir estes procedimentos. A medida visa proporcionar maior flexibilidade e assegurar que as propriedades possam regularizar sua situação.
Conforme estabelecido na Lei Nº 4518 DE 07/04/2014, a não realização da atualização cadastral está sujeita a penalidades, sendo que a multa aplicada equivale a 100 (cem) Uferms (Unidade Fiscal Estadual de Referência de Mato Grosso do Sul). Portanto, os pecuaristas devem estar atentos ao novo prazo e regularizar suas informações junto à Iagro dentro do período estabelecido.
A Iagro reafirma seu compromisso em promover a defesa sanitária animal e vegetal em Mato Grosso do Sul, garantindo a segurança e a regularidade das explorações pecuária, visando a melhoria contínua do setor agropecuário e a preservação da saúde animal e vegetal em Mato Grosso do Sul.
A atualização cadastral deverá ser feita de forma eletrônica, por meio do acesso ao Sistema de Atenção Animal da IAGRO (e-SANIAGRO), disponibilizado no endereço eletrônico: http://www.gap.ms.gov.br
