Diante de um cenário de belezas naturais e uma reserva florestal, a população pode participar do projeto Amigos do Parque neste final de semana. O funcionamento será normal, sem mudanças, no Complexo do Parque dos Poderes, em Campo Grande. O local tem pistas interditadas para as práticas esportivas, de lazer e atividade física.
Os locais onde o projeto se realizará serão em uma das pistas da Avenida do Poeta, da rotatória da Avenida Afonso Pena até a rotatória da Agesul (Agência Estadual de Gestão em Empreendimentos) e na Avenida Desembargador José Nunes da Cunha, da rotatória da Agesul até a rotatória da Avenida Mato Grosso.
Enquanto as pistas estiverem bloqueadas para os esportistas poderem realizar suas atividades, os carros e motos irão dividir as pistas contrárias. O horário de funcionamento do Amigos do Parque será das 7h às 19h, neste sábado (2) e domingo (3).
O Parque dos Poderes é um complexo que abriga as sedes dos três poderes, diversos setores da administração estadual e Ministério Público, em meio à natureza. O local abriga diversos animais como quatis, mutuns, tucanos, tatus e araras e é local de lazer das famílias campo-grandenses.
