No recente Campeonato Mundial da Confederação Brasileira de Jiu-Jitsu Esportivo (CBJJE), realizado nos dias 2 e 3 de dezembro no Ibirapuera, em São Paulo, a jovem atleta Emanuelly Santos, aluna do projeto social UFT Ubatuba Fight Team, brilhou ao conquistar o título de campeã mundial na categoria infantil ‘A’. Essa vitória coroa uma trajetória de cinco anos dedicados ao esporte, refletindo sua determinação e força de vontade.
Residente do bairro Sertão da Quinta, Emanuelly descobriu sua paixão pelo Jiu-Jitsu sob a orientação e apoio do seu pai, Bruno Emanoel dos Santos, também um praticante do esporte. “Meu pai me chamou e eu tenho que agradecer, pois foi ele que me colocou no jiu-jitsu e me ajudou a ir pra cima”, conta a pequena campeã.
Além do título mundial, Emanuelly acumula premiações em campeonatos Sul-Americanos, Pan-Americanos e eventos regionais, fruto de sua dedicação incansável aos treinos, conciliando habilmente seus estudos e momentos de diversão.
Com um olhar para o futuro, a atleta mirim expressa o desejo de viver exclusivamente do esporte, aspirando retribuir todo o apoio que recebeu ao longo de sua jornada. “Quando eu for uma profissional, quero ajudar tanto quanto me ajudaram. E também os meus amigos, pois eles fazem parte do meu coração e me ajudam a treinar”, conclui Emanuelly.
