O Conselho de Alimentação Escolar (CAE) foi criado pela lei federal nº 8.913/1994 e é responsável pelo controle social dos recursos destinados ao Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE). No último dia 8, o CAE Ubatuba realizou uma eleição para vagas remanescentes para o mandato que segue até 2025.
Nesse pleito, foi eleito como representante de pais de alunos Ana Thereza Bento Vieira de Moraes, que obteve 52 votos válidos, e Yan Caramel Zehuri, que obteve 26 votos, classificados, respectivamente, como conselheira titular e conselheiro suplente deste segmento.
Já o segmento das entidades civis organizadas elegeu Patrícia Negrão Cavalini Gregoria, que obteve cinco votos válidos, como conselheira titular e, como conselheiros suplentes, Bruno Leite Castilho, com três votos, e Carlos Augusto Mingozzi Zalafe, com um voto. Todos eles participantes pela Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB) Ubatuba.
“Ficamos felizes em completar a composição do Conselho, pois a atuação do órgão é fundamental para o município receber o repasse financeiro do Governo Federal do PNAE, além disso, garantimos que os estudantes recebam uma alimentação adequada e de qualidade”, afirmou a presidente do CAE, Lilian Lazarin.
