Agentes do setor de Fiscalização de Posturas, da Secretaria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Seplan) da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, com o apoio da Guarda Civil Municipal de Sorocaba, fizeram vistoria em oito pontos da cidade, na noite de terça-feira (12), que foram alvo de denúncias de perturbação de sossego. Dois deles foram notificados, por falta de alvará de funcionamento.
A ação teve início às 18h30 e fiscalizou estabelecimentos localizados nos bairros Vila Hortência, Jardim Manchester, Além-Ponte, Aparecidinha, Jardim Nilton Torres e Vila Augusta. A Seplan havia recebido reclamações sobre ocorrência de poluição sonora e, também, sobre falta de licença para operar.
Quatro locais estavam fechados no momento da fiscalização e em dois não foram identificadas irregularidades. Porém, dois estabelecimentos, sendo um no Jardim Manchester e outro no bairro Além Ponte, receberam notificação por falta de alvará e terão prazo para regularizar a situação, sob o risco de autuação.
