O governador Eduardo Riedel e os ministros de Desenvolvimento e Assistência Social, Família e Combate à Fome, Wellington Dias; do Planejamento e Orçamento, Simone Tebet; e a ministra de Meio Ambiente e Mudança do Clima, Marina Silva, participam nesta segunda-feira (18) pela manhã, no Bioparque Pantanal, de cerimônia de assinaturas de adesão a programas federais para a redução da probreza no Mato Grosso do Sul e anúncio da liberação de R$ 120 milhões para o enfrentamento à fome.
Com a assinatura do termo de adesão, o Estado vai participar do “Plano Brasil sem Fome”, que reúne mais de 90 programas e ações do governo federal, além de mobilizar outros poderes, com o objetivo de retirar o país do mapa da fome.
Também o Estado, governo federal e a prefeitura de Campo Grande assinam o protocolo de intenções que visa à redução da pobreza, além do decreto que institui o PROACINQ, programa de Apoio às Comunidades Indígenas e Comunidades Quilombolas de Mato Grosso do Sul. Ao todo serão comtemplados 15 mil indígenas em comunidades de 21 municípios do estado, e mil habitantes de comunidades quilombolas, que passam neste ano de 2023, a integrar o programa. Para a safra de 2022/2023 os investimentos totalizaram R$ 9,2 milhões.
Em seguida, ainda no Bioparque, os ministros participam do ato de sanção, pelo governador Riedel, da Lei do Pantanal e que cria o Fundo Estadual de Desenvolvimento Sustentável deste bioma.
Construída em um amplo processo de consenso e equilíbrio, pela primeira vez na história do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, criou-se uma lei proativa de proteção de um bioma que tem mais de 84% da sua área preservada, regulando seu uso sustentável pela pecuária e valorizando seu ativo ambiental.
Programas Sociais em Mato Grosso do Sul
O programa “Mais Social”, instituído pelo Governo do Estado beneficia 54 mil famílias. Já o “Conta de Luz Zero” atinge 152 mil famílias, e o “Cesta Básica Indígena” beneficia 19,8 mil. O “Cuidar de quem cuida” proporciona renda para 2 mil pessoas e o “Supera MS” engloba 2 mil estudantes.
