Motoristas que trafegam pela região central de Ubatuba devem redobrar a atenção: conforme divulgado anteriormente pela Diretoria de Trânsito, a partir desta quarta-feira, 20, algumas vias terão mudança de sentido e direção.
A primeira delas é a inversão no sentido da rua Condessa de Vimieiro/ rua Cel Ernesto de Oliveira, que vai passar a operar sentido praia – bairro até a rua Cunhambebe. A outra é a abertura da rua Dona Maria Alves – ligação com a avenida Iperoig onde, atualmente, existe uma calçada bloqueando a passagem – onde ficam estacionados vários veículos de táxi.
A última, é referente à alteração feita recentemente no sentido da rua Félix Guisard Filho, que permanece, operando em direção Itaguá/Perequê-Açú. Em consequência disso, o trecho da rua Dr. Esteves da Silva entre a Rua Felix Guisard Filho e av Iperoig continuará operando em mão dupla.
De acordo com a Diretoria de Trânsito, faixas informativas foram disponibilizadas nas vias para indicar e conscientizar os motoristas da alteração. Além disso, funcionários do Trânsito e da Guarda Civil Municipal ficarão nos locais a partir da oficialização da medida para evitar a ocorrência de acidentes.

Além disso, desde o dia 15 de dezembro o trecho da rua Cunhambebe, que fica entre a rua Conceição e a rua Professor Thomaz Galhardo, está operando em mão dupla.
