A consulta do status do andamento de serviços relacionados a veículos agora pode ser feita por meio do MG App – aplicativo oficial do Governo de Minas – ou do portal Cidadão MG (www.cidadao.mg.gov.br), sem a necessidade de comparecimento a uma Unidade de Atendimento Integrado (UAI), como era feito anteriormente. A iniciativa coordenada pela Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG) busca tornar o atendimento mais ágil e cômodo para os cidadãos.
Para realizar serviços como alteração de dados de veículo, primeiro emplacamento de veículo zero, transferência de veículos e emissão da segunda via do Certificado de Registro do Veículo (CRV), entre outros, o cidadão precisa, inicialmente, disponibilizar a documentação necessária em uma UAI, já que essa é a forma de obter o número do CRV.
Antes, para acompanhar o status do serviço, era necessário retornar à UAI e, agora, com a implementação da consulta digital, essa informação está disponível para o cidadão no MG App e no portal Cidadão. Nesses canais, também é possível emitir o Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento do Veículo digital (CRLV-e).
“A digitalização dos processos contribui para a redução da burocracia e proporciona mais agilidade aos serviços prestados pelo Estado, além de garantir uma gestão mais eficiente e econômica, alinhada às demandas de transformação digital do Governo de Minas”, reforça o gestor de Tecnologia da Informação da diretoria Central de Gestão das Unidades de Atendimento Integrado da Seplag-MG, Ciro Gomes Pereira.
Acompanhamento
Para verificar o status de solicitações referentes aos serviços de veículos, o cidadão deve acessar o aplicativo MG App ou o site www.cidadao.mg.gov.br, clicar na aba “Veículos e Condutores” e, em seguida, selecionar “Acompanhar Serviços de Trânsito”. Os status são categorizados em três etapas:
- Em andamento: Processo em conferência.
- Pendente: Indica falta de documento ou aguardo de placa nova.
- Concluído: Processo finalizado.
Para a utilização dos serviços é necessário possuir conta gov.br nos níveis prata ou ouro.
