Oferecer capacitação e entretenimento para crianças e jovens, desenvolvendo serviços de convivência e fortalecendo vínculos familiares: essa é uma das principais atividades da Fundação da Criança e do Adolescente (Fundac) que, atualmente, atende 200 crianças em Ubatuba.
Porém, para 2024, o objetivo é a ampliação das modalidades de oficinas ofertadas pela fundação, passando de quatro para 12 e atendendo cerca de 700 crianças. Essa expansão está prevista no planejamento do próximo ano da diretoria da instituição, mas, também, é um compromisso do prefeito Marcio Maciel (MDB).
No encerramento das oficinas da Fundac, que aconteceu no dia 11 de dezembro no Teatro Municipal Pedro Paulo Teixeira Pinto, Maciel reiterou o empenho para aumentar o número de oficinas da Fundac para o próximo ano. “Meu desejo é que juntos possamos melhorar nosso município. Ubatuba sempre estará acatando todas as opiniões e incentivando a cultura”, afirmou Maciel.
Atualmente, as modalidades disponíveis e que serão mantidas, são: canto, Teatro, violão e artes. O planejamento prevê a inserção de jiu-jitsu, tae kwon do, capoeira, dança, futebol, futevôlei, karatê e xadrez, além de informática e elétrica para os mais velhos.
Modernização e estrutura
De acordo com o presidente da Fundac, João Maziero Jr, houve muito empenho da equipe no planejamento, pois além das oficinas e das contratações de profissionais capacitados, ainda é necessário prever outros gastos, como material e alimentação dos jovens.
Outra melhoria implantada pela Fundac é a informatização do sistema de cadastro dos alunos, que “vai facilitar o acompanhamento mais próximo dos estudantes”, afirmou Maziero.
Ele ainda comemorou a contratação de profissionais, por meio de concurso público, que deve ser realizado pela Avança SP no primeiro trimestre, prevendo cinco vagas: um pedagogo, um assistente social, um auxiliar de serviços gerais, um motorista e um agente administrativo. “Vamos nos empenhar em melhorar e adaptar nossa estrutura física, nos preparando para recebermos esses funcionários”, concluiu o presidente.
