A pesquisa realizada pela consultoria Urban Systems, publicado com exclusividade pela revista Exame, aponta que a cidade de Cuiabá é um dos 20 melhores cenários para negócios. A capital mato-grossense figura na 14ª colocação obtendo índice de 3.278 para fazer negócios. Cuiabá figura ainda na 23ª posição no que recorte do mercado imobiliário, sendo a primeira cidade do Estado, nesse parâmetro. Na sequência estão as cidades de Várzea Grande e Rondonópolis.
O estudo é calculado a partir de um Índice de Qualidade Mercadológica (IQM), que aponta quais municípios oferecem melhores condições para as empresas, com base em dados de população, de fluxo de comércio, características urbanas e infraestrutura, entre outros pontos.
Na categoria comércio, são analisados 10 indicadores – empregos no setor com média e alta remuneração, renda do trabalhador do comércio varejista, renda do trabalhador do comércio atacadista, estabelecimento comerciais varejistas, estabelecimentos comerciais atacadistas, empregos no comércio varejista, empregos no comércio atacadista, crescimento populacional, densidade de banda larga e renda do trabalhador formal.
Já na categoria Mercado Imobiliário, são analisados 9 indicadores como empregos no setor com renda mensal acima de cinco salários mínimos, crescimento das empresas do setor da construção civil, projeção do número de novos domicílios, total de novas empresas do setor de comércio e serviços e a variação de empregos na construção civil, entre outros.
O ranking apresenta as 100 melhores cidades em cada setor econômico pesquisado, ao todo, 319 municípios brasileiros fizeram parte do estudo, uma vez que a análise abrange às urbanizações com mais de 100 mil habitantes.
A Prefeitura de Cuiabá trabalha em ações para fomentar o comércio local, como é o caso do Pra Frente Cuiabá, executado sob o comando da Secretaria de Agricultura, Trabalho e Desenvolvimento Econômico, em parceria com Secretaria de Assistência Social e de Fazenda, tem como foco o desenvolvimento do capital humano, rural e industrial da capital de Mato Grosso.
Através do Pra Frente Cuiabá, foi lançado o Cuiabanco, que funciona como uma carteira de crédito para micros e pequenos empreendedores, com valores entre R$ 1,5 mil até R$ 25 mil. Lançado em abril, a linha de crédito já disponibilizou R$ 1 milhão em financiamentos para Microempreendedor Individual (MEI), Microempresa Individual (ME) ou empresa de pequeno porte (EPP).
“O prefeito Emanuel Pinheiro criou o Pra Frente Cuiabá com objetivo de incentivar ainda mais o comércio local, e por conta disso, inauguramos o Cuiabanco, que tem sido um sucesso. Os micros e pequenos empreendedores podem fazer seus empréstimos de forma facilitada e com os menores juros do mercado. Em oito meses de funcionamento, já realizamos mais de três mil atendimentos”, afirmou Francisco Vuolo, secretário municipal de Agricultura, Trabalho e Desenvolvimento Econômico.
O programa ainda engloba mais seis ações que visam promover o desenvolvimento econômico da Capital. São elas:
Agro da Gente
O Agro da Gente é uma iniciativa de reestruturação e fortalecimento da agricultura familiar para o desenvolvimento econômico da capital, gerando oportunidades de emprego e renda. O programa oferece assistência técnica aos pequenos proprietários, levando o desenvolvimento sustentável, tecnologia avançada, cursos de qualificação e linha de credito especial para os empreendedores rurais.
Sine da Gente
O trabalho é coordenado pela Secretaria de Agricultura, Trabalho e Desenvolvimento Econômico, com o objetivo de levar oportunidades de empregos para os bairros de Cuiabá. Além do serviço de balcão de emprego, o serviço móvel realiza o cadastro e captação de vagas do comércio local, Carteira de Trabalho Digital e orientação sobre Seguro-Desemprego.
Qualifica Cuiabá
Idealizado pela primeira-dama Márcia Pinheiro, o programa Qualifica Cuiabá foi implantado em 2018, sendo uma das principais políticas sociais da Prefeitura de Cuiabá, leva oportunidade a centenas de pessoas, a partir dos 16 anos, a profissionalização em cursos com grande abrangência no mercado de trabalho. Os cursos são totalmente gratuitos.
Enem Digital
O Enem Digital é um curso híbrido, com 26 semanas de aulas online, seis semanas de aulas presenciais em quatro polos, um em cada região de Cuiabá. São ministradas aulas das disciplinas cobradas no Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM), de forma gratuita.
Sala do empreendedor
A Sala do Empreendedor é uma parceria entre a Prefeitura de Cuiabá com o Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae), que oferece cursos e workshops para micros e pequenos empreendedores. As aulas ministradas oferecem técnicas essenciais para quem deseja empreender, os assuntos englobam todo processo de venda, desde a divulgação do produto até o feedback do cliente, além de aprenderem formas estratégicas para obterem melhores resultados nos negócios.
Programa de Importação e Exportação de Cuiabá- IMEX.
A iniciativa visa fomentar ações de exportação e importação em empresas cuiabanas, por meio da qualificação em Comércio Exterior, potencializando produtos e serviços, fortalecimento da marca e posicionamento da empresa e a ampliação dos mercados consumidores, para o desenvolvimento de Cuiabá.
Além disso, a gestão Emanuel Pinheiro, com o objetivo de estimular e atrair investimentos produtivos para o Município de Cuiabá, gera emprego, renda e incrementar os negócios de caráter privado, criou o programa Pró-Cuiabá. A iniciativa oferece descontos em impostos que variam de 50% a 100%, por períodos entre três e 10 anos, para empresas que se interessarem em realizar investimentos no município.
