Na última semana, 138 novos casos de Covid-19 foram registrados em Mato Grosso do Sul. Além dos casos de contaminação, houve ainda três óbitos devido à doença. O boletim epidemiológico divulgado pela SES (Secretaria de Estado de Saúde) nesta terça-feira (2) demonstra redução quando comparado ao documento anterior, que contabilizou 477 novos casos e 4 mortes.
De acordo com o boletim, 20 municípios do estado registraram novos casos de contaminação pelo coronavírus nos últimos 7 dias. Campo Grande foi responsável pela maior parte das ocorrências, com 52 notificações. A capital é seguida por Ponta Porã (16), Amambai (15), Corumbá (12), Dourados (11), Sete Quedas (6), Sonora (4), Deodápolis (3), Maracaju (3) e Sidrolândia (3).
As cidades de Ladário, Rio Verde de Mato Grosso e Vicentina apresentaram 2 novos casos. Bodoquena, Costa Rica, Jaraguari, Mundo Novo, Nova Andradina, Pedro Gomes e São Gabriel do Oeste registraram apenas uma única ocorrência.
Os óbitos devido à doença ocorreram todos na capital. Além disso, as três vítimas pertenciam ao grupo de risco de pessoas idosas. A orientação das autoridades na área de saúde é que as pessoas mantenham a vacinação em dia e completem o ciclo de imunização contra a covid-19.
