Uma equipe do Grupamento de Operações Especiais (GOE) da Guarda Municipal conduziu para a 14ª DP (Leblon) um motorista de caminhão, de 29 anos, que se recusou a apresentar a documentação do veículo, que estava estacionado irregularmente na Avenida Vieira Souto, altura do número 500, em Ipanema.
A ação aconteceu neste sábado (6/1), durante o patrulhamento de rotina para coibir desordens na região. De acordo com a equipe, o motorista tinha estacionado o caminhão irregularmente e ficou irritado com a abordagem dos guardas municipais. Ele se recusou apresentar a documentação do veículo, dizendo que os guardas não são policiais. O veículo foi multado em R$ 130,16, além da perda de 4 pontos na CNH. O caso foi registrado com base no artigo 68 da lei 9.099 de 1995.
