O pagamento do Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano (IPTU) de 2024 segue a todo vapor. Até esta terça-feira, 16, um total de 4.719 contribuintes já realizaram o pagamento. A grande maioria, 4.036 pessoas, optou pelo pagamento em cota única, com desconto progressivo que varia de 10% a 20%.
Com os valores já recebidos, a Prefeitura de Ubatuba soma R$ 5.776.117,27 arrecadados até o momento com o IPTU. A verba é a principal fonte de renda própria do município, usada para custear as despesas e os investimentos em melhorias públicas, que proporcionam mais qualidade de vida e bem-estar aos moradores. A previsão é arrecadar R$ 127 milhões com o imposto em 2024.
Os proprietários de imóveis em Ubatuba que ainda não receberam o carnê impresso enviado pela Secretaria Municipal de Fazenda e Planejamento pelos Correios, podem retirar a guia de pagamento pelo site www.ubatuba.sp.gov.br; pelo atendimento automatizado via WhatsApp (12) 3834-1012; e pessoalmente na Central de Atendimento ao Munícipe (Fácil) localizada no Paço Municipal e no Espaço Cidadão no bairro da Maranduba.
A data para pagamento em cota única ou da primeira parcela do IPTU tem vencimento no próximo dia 10 de fevereiro. Este ano, a Prefeitura de Ubatuba não reajustou o valor do imposto.
