A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz), inaugurou, nesta quinta-feira (8), mais uma unidade da nova “Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria” na cidade, desta vez no bairro de Brigadeiro Tobias, zona leste da cidade. Esta é a oitava unidade a funcionar neste formato. Durante o evento foi anunciado que os atendimentos continuam de forma espontânea para demandas urgentes na Casa do Cidadão, além da possibilidade de agendamento de horários.
As adaptações “Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria” operam no estilo “Poupatempo”, modernizando, proporcionando mais eficiência e ampliando o acesso da população aos serviços públicos e essenciais. Essa remodelação agrega os chamados serviços de “zeladoria”, sendo possível, igualmente, solicitar atendimentos, como: roçagem, troca de lâmpadas e reparos na iluminação pública, tapa-buracos, verificação ou instalação de semáforos e lombadas, entre outros. Outra novidade são os atendimentos, agora em todas as unidades da Casa do Cidadão, que passam a atender com serviços do Procon e do Posto de Atendimento ao Trabalhador (PAT).
O agendamento, para quem optar por essa modalidade, pode ser feito de três formas: usando o aplicativo Casa do Cidadão (que pode ser baixado gratuitamente pelo celular); pelo site: https://casacidadao.pro-sorocaba.com; ou pessoalmente, nos totens digitais disponíveis nas novas Casas do Cidadão Zeladoria. No entanto, quem não conseguir agendar por meios próprios, a nova gestão conta com funcionários capacitados para realizar o procedimento diretamente nas unidades.
Durante a entrega da “Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria Paço”, também foram oferecidos serviços gratuitos à população, como aferição de glicemia e pressão arterial.
