O programa Decolar – Desenvolvimento do Potencial e Talento, da Prefeitura de São José dos Campos, está com inscrições abertas, a partir desta quinta-feira (15), para voluntários interessados em atuar no programa que acompanha e oferece atividades de contraturno aos alunos com altas habilidades das escolas municipais.
O edital com a lista de documentos e a ficha de inscrição estão disponíveis no site da Prefeitura.
O Decolar acontece na Rede de Ensino Municipal buscando identificar alunos com altas capacidades, acima da média, e acompanhando com atividades no contraturno. Após identificados, os estudantes inscritos no Programa elaboram um Plano Individual de Trabalho baseado em seus interesses, nas diversas áreas do conhecimento humano, a fim de desenvolver ao máximo o seu potencial.
A metodologia Cedet, utilizada no Programa, orienta que seja recrutado um grupo de instrutores voluntários para o desenvolvimento das atividades individuais e em grupo de cada conteúdo específico.

O trabalho voluntário no Decolar tem por objetivo o fomento de atividades cívicas, culturais, educacionais, científicas, recreativas e de assistência social, apoiadas e programadas pela Prefeitura. As atividades no contraturno escolar terão início a partir de 20 de março.
Os instrutores voluntários normalmente assumem atividades em áreas específicas com competência exclusiva da sua área de atuação. Os encontros com os alunos são realizados semanalmente e têm duração de 1h30.
O Decolar busca voluntários nas seguintes áreas: Culinária, Confeitaria, Desenho, Programação, Astronomia, Matemática, Inglês, Japonês, Português, Espanhol, Francês e História.

Para fazer parte do projeto, os estudantes com capacidade elevada são observados pelos professores da rede durante quatro anos (do 2º ao 5º ano). Após esse período, eles passam por uma análise de dados e observação pela equipe de especialistas do programa.
