A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve um homem, de 35 anos de idade, que era procurado pela Justiça, por não pagamento de pensão alimentícia. Ele mesmo acionou a GCM e se entregou, por volta da 0h40 desta segunda-feira ( 4), na Vila Haro, Zona Leste da cidade.
O foragido entregou em contato com a GCM pelo fone 153, dizendo que queria se entregar às autoridades, pois tem mandado de prisão contra ele e não teria como pagar à sua esposa o valor que deve de pensão.
Diante disso, ele foi encaminhado ao Plantão da Polícia Civil, na Zona Oeste da cidade, onde o delegado determinou a elaboração de boletim de ocorrência de captura de procurado e a prisão do foragido, ficando à disposição da Justiça. O homem, inclusive, elogiou a atuação dos GCMs pelo tratamento recebido durante a abordagem, sem truculência e de forma respeitosa.
