Um grupo de 400 inscritos no Cadastro Municipal de Economia Solidária do Rio de Janeiro receberá nesta terça-feira (19/03) a Carteira do Artesão Carioca. A iniciativa, da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico Solidário, é uma forma de apoio e reconhecimento a esses profissionais, pois valoriza a contribuição da atividade para a cultura e as finanças da cidade.
A entrega marca ainda o Dia do Artesão, celebrado nesta terça-feira. Essa é a primeira turma de beneficiados e contempla cadastrados até o fim de dezembro, durante mutirões promovidos em vários bairros da cidade.
Os interessados em obter a carteira devem se inscrever na sede da secretaria, na Rua Ulysses Guimarães 16, Cidade Nova, de terça-feira a sexta-feira, das 10h às 16h.
A medida vai garantir o acesso desses trabalhadores a benefícios e oportunidades da secretaria. O cadastramento de artesãos permite o fortalecimento da economia solidária, o acesso a políticas e programas de apoio e, ainda, a participação em redes de cooperação e comércio justo.
