Com o intuito de sempre ampliar acesso a saúde aos munícipes, a Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) São Bento realizará, neste sábado (23), das 8h às 14h, uma ação especial de serviços de saúde com vacinação e pesagem do programa Bolsa Família das 8h às 12h.
A iniciativa da imunização visa atender aqueles que não conseguem se programar durante a semana para atualização da Carteira de Vacinação. As vacinas serão aplicadas mediante apresentação de RG, CPF e comprovante de vacinação da dose já recebida. No caso de crianças com comorbidades e de pessoas com alto grau de imunossupressão, é necessário apresentar também laudo médico.
Já a pesagem é um requisito necessário às famílias registradas no Cadastro Único (CadÚnico) para que possam usar o Bolsa Família, benefício do governo federal. Devem passar pela pesagem crianças, de zero a sete anos, e mulheres, de 14 a 44 anos. Para isso, basta levar a Carteira de Vacinação e o Cartão do Benefício ou o NIS (Número de Identificação Social).
