A Prefeitura de João Pessoa, através da Secretaria de Infraestrutura (Seinfra), vai participar do 3° Simpósio Internacional de Iluminação Pública e Cidades Inteligentes (SIIPE), que vai acontecer nos dias 26 e 27 de março, em Salvador-BA. O evento, que é o maior do gênero no paÃs, vai reunir os maiores especialistas do setor para discutir as novidades na área de iluminação pública.
O prefeito CÃcero Lucena está empenhado em modernizar o sistema de iluminação pública da Capital. Através do Programa de Led, mais de nove mil lâmpadas já foram trocadas, beneficiando 44 bairros ou comunidades. A meta é até o final deste ano substituir todas as lâmpadas convencionais da cidade por Led.

Várias ações têm sido promovidas e a participação no evento é uma oportunidade para se verificar o que está acontecendo em âmbito mundial e nacional e, com isso, possamos trazer as novas soluções em iluminação pública.â, afirmou o secretário executivo de Infraestrutura, Luciano Pereira.
A Seinfra será representada no Simpósio Internacional de Iluminação Pública e Cidades Inteligentes pela diretora de Iluminação Pública, Joyce Alves. Ela destacou a importância do evento, que contará com a participação das principais referências na área de iluminação.
