Na próxima quinta-feira, dia 11, a partir das 9h, a Prefeitura de Ubatuba, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social, dará posse aos 25 novos conselheiros, e seus respectivos suplentes, do Conselho Municipal da Juventude (Comjuv). O evento aberto ao público será realizado no Teatro Municipal Pedro Paulo Teixeira Pinto.
A nova composição é formada por representantes do poder público, indicados pela gestão municipal, e da sociedade civil, inscritos conforme edital e aprovados pela comissão de eleição do Comjuv.
O Conselho é responsável por elaborar políticas públicas que assegurem a participação dos jovens nos âmbitos social, econômico, político e cultural de Ubatuba.
O Comjuv foi criado pela Lei Municipal nº 3937/2016, que instituiu também a Política Municipal de Juventude.
