Nesta quarta-feira (17), a CBF realizará o aguardado sorteio dos confrontos da 3ª fase da Copa do Brasil. O evento ocorrerá na sede da entidade, localizada na Barra da Tijuca, zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro.
Como Funciona o Sorteio
Os 32 times classificados para esta fase serão divididos em dois potes, com base em sua classificação no ranking nacional de clubes. Os times de um pote enfrentarão os de outro, e a ordem dos mandos de campo também será definida por sorteio.

Os times já garantidos na 3ª fase incluem Águia de Marabá, Amazonas, América-RN, Atlético-GO, Bahia, Botafogo-SP, Brusque, Corinthians, CRB, Criciúma, Cuiabá, Fortaleza, Internacional, Juventude, Operário-PR, Sampaio Corrêa, Sousa-PB, Sport, Vasco e Ypiranga-RS.
Estes se juntarão aos clubes provenientes da CONMEBOL Libertadores, Campeonato Brasileiro de 2023, Copa do Nordeste, Copa Verde e Série B.
Quando e Onde Assistir
O sorteio será realizado às 14h30 (horário de Brasília) e terá transmissão ao vivo pela ESPN no Star+ e também pela CBF TV, canal oficial da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol no YouTube.

Formato e Premiação
Os jogos da 3ª fase serão realizados entre os dias 1º e 22 de maio, com datas exatas a serem confirmadas pela CBF. Os confrontos serão em jogos de ida e volta, e a equipe que levar a melhor no placar agregado avança. Em caso de empate, a decisão será nos pênaltis. Além da classificação, os times também disputarão uma premiação de R$ 2,205 milhões.
