Neste sábado (27) a Prefeitura de Pirassununga continua com seu mutirão contra a dengue. Desta vez as ações serão nos bairros Jardim Lauro Pozzi e Vila Redenção (confira mapa abaixo) visando combater focos de reprodução do mosquito Aedes aegypti, transmissor da dengue, zika e chikungunya. Com o aumento dos casos de dengue na cidade, a Secretaria de Saúde alerta para a prevenção e também sobre os sintomas da doença.
O trabalho será das 7h às 13h e contará com um caminhão para a coleta de materiais que foram descartados em locais inapropriados e podem servir como criadouros do mosquito Aedes aegypti. No sábado, os moradores destes bairros visitados também poderão descartar seus materiais.
É fundamental que os moradores liberem a entrada dos agentes de endemias (que estarão uniformizados) em suas residências além dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde para vistoriar eventuais focos do mosquito e receber as orientações dos profissionais enfermeiros e técnicos de enfermagem sobre sinais e sintomas da doença.
