Governo de MS apresenta potencial de investimento para representantes do comércio e empresários da China

O ambiente de negócios favorável em Mato Grosso do Sul atrai empresas de diversos países do mundo. Com possibilidades de crescimento e expansão comercial, também por conta da Rota Bioceânica – que vai diminuir o tempo de deslocamento de produtos entre os mercados brasileiro e asiático –, o Governo do Estado apresentou para representantes do comércio e empresários da China, as potencialidades de Mato Grosso do Sul.

O governador, Eduardo Riedel, recebeu na manhã de hoje (7), o vice-presidente do Fórum Brasil China, Steve Chang, e o representante do CCPIT (Conselho Chinês para a Promoção do Comércio Internacional, também denominado Câmara Chinesa de Comércio Internacional), Chen Fei.

“O nosso Estado proporciona um ambiente seguro e confiável para investimento privado. E isso reflete em diversas áreas, inclusive com índices favoráveis de desenvolvimento, emprego o que garante a melhoria da qualidade de vida da nossa população”, explicou Riedel.

A delegação chinesa apresentou uma empresa que produz tratores e implementos agrícolas, que tem interesse em fornecer equipamentos para pequenos agricultores e para a área da agricultura familiar.

“A empresa tomou a decisão de investir no Brasil e está identificando quais seriam os estados potenciais para a instalação dessa fábrica. O Estado tem atração para este tipo de empreendimento, pois a política de incentivo fiscal proporciona capacidade competitiva muito grande em relação a outros estados. Tivemos oportunidade também de mostrar a Rota Bioceânica que é relevante para a empresa”, explicou o secretário Jaime Verruck (Semadesc).

A princípio a empresa vai manter a importação de parte dos equipamentos e a montagem deles será realizada no Brasil. “Eles vão trazer parte dos materiais desmontados e fazer a montagem no país. A gente destacou que a Rota Bioceânica pode dar o nível de competitividade desta empresa no mercado nacional. Eles estão fazendo uma prospecção de possíveis estados que poderiam receber, ainda não houve nenhuma definição. O Mato Grosso do Sul tem potencial competitivo significativo, além de mercado temos um posicionamento estratégico importante”, disse Verruck.

Além de mostrar o ritmo das obras da Rota Bioceânica, o Governo do Estado também apresentou a legislação de incentivo fiscal para avaliação da empresa.

O secretário Rodrigo Perez (Segov) também participou do encontro juntamente com o consultor do Fórum Brasil China, Paulo de Paiva Sales, e o consultor do Fórum Brasil, Hugo Oppenheimer, além do presidente do TCE/MS (Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul), Jerson Domingos e representantes da empresa na América Latina.
