A Prefeitura de São José dos Campos, por meio do Cephas (Colégio de Educação Profissional Hélio Augusto de Souza), oferece a partir desta quinta-feira (9) novas oportunidades para o programa Certifica Cephas.
Ao todo são 105 vagas para certificação de cada uma das seguintes profissões: reparador de circuitos eletrônicos, salgadeiro e recreador.
O objetivo é avaliar, reconhecer e certificar profissionais de São José dos Campos que já exercem determinadas atividades e necessitam da certificação para o exercício profissional, inserção ou reinserção no mercado de trabalho. A ação está prevista no Plano de Governo Municipal 2021/2024.
As inscrições são online, no site do Qualifica, e vão até o dia 8 de junho. A convocação dos classificados será de 11 a 13 de junho. O resultado final será divulgado no dia 3 de julho.
Processo
Para obterem a certificação, os candidatos passarão por etapas de avaliação, iniciando com uma entrevista para levantamento da história profissional e educacional.
Em seguida, serão feitas atividades teóricas e práticas para verificar as competências profissionais. Cada candidato terá acompanhamento individual para avaliar o desempenho das atividades. Os profissionais que passarem pelo processo receberão certificado de competências profissionais.
A primeira turma do Certifica Cephas formou-se em dezembro de 2023. Dezesseis profissionais de diferentes áreas receberam os certificados válidos pelo MEC (Ministério da Educação), foram certificados de: eletricista, pedreiro, porteiro e vigia, pizzaiolo e recreador.
