Em mais uma operação de fiscalização contra o transporte irregular, a Guarda Civil Municipal apreendeu um carro de transporte escolar clandestino na rua Anna Benedicta Dias Pedrosa, no Parque Interlagos, região sul. A ação ocorreu nesta terça- feira (14), nos arredores da Escola Municipal Ladiel Benedito de Carvalho.
Desde o início do ano, foram realizadas mais de 100 abordagens que resultaram em 11 apreensões de transporte escolar clandestino.
Ao todo, já foram realizadas mais 220 ações de fiscalização contra o transporte clandestino de passageiros na cidade.
Proibição
O transporte escolar clandestino é identificado quando não há alvará ou credenciamento na Prefeitura para a prestação do serviço.
O infrator está sujeito a apreensão do veículo e multa, R$ 2.993,08 (veículo escolar clandestino).
Informações sobre transporte ilegal de passageiros podem ser registradas pelo 156 (telefone, site e aplicativo).
