Com investimento de mais de 4 milhões, programa incentiva e reconhece atletas sul-mato-grossenses

Contemplados do Bolsa Atleta e Bolsa Técnico 2023-2024 participaram na quarta-feira (20) de cerimônia para assinatura do termo de adesão. Esses programas são alguns dos mais importantes meios de políticas públicas para esportistas e técnicos no Mato Grosso do Sul, fornecidos pela Fundesporte (Fundação de Desporto e Lazer), ligada à Setescc (Secretaria de Estado de Turismo, Esporte, Cultura e Cidadania).

A classificação de atletas e técnicos é estabelecida de acordo com a participação em competições ao longo do período anterior à vigência do benefício. Desta maneira, além da contribuição financeira realizada pelo Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, o auxílio é uma forma de reconhecimento ao trabalho realizado.

Ao todo, Bolsa Atleta e Bolsa Técnico, nesta edição 2023-2024, contemplam 345 atletas e 38 técnicos, com recursos mensais de R$ 328,5 mil e R$ 3,94 milhões somando-se todos os pagamentos (12 meses). Os valores das bolsas por mês variam de R$ 500,00 a R$ 1.500,00. Os recursos são provenientes do FIE (Fundo de Investimentos Esportivos). Os pagamentos serão efetuados a partir de fevereiro de 2024, de modo retroativo referente aos meses de dezembro e janeiro.

Os programas do Governo do Estado possuem ainda uma categoria especial, a MS Olímpico, que auxilia atletas, e seus respectivos técnicos, que estão na corrida olímpica, isto é, em preparação intensa e decisiva visando os Jogos Olímpicos e Paralímpicos 2024, que acontecerão em Paris, na França.

A categoria contempla dois atletas: Fernando Rufino, da paracanoagem, e Yeltsin Jacques, do atletismo, ambos campeões paralímpicos na edição Tóquio-2020 do maior evento esportivo do planeta, além de seus técnicos Admir Arantes e Celso Arantes, respectivamente. Para os atletas, o valor mensal é de R$ 7 mil, e os técnicos recebem R$ 3 mil (investimento total de R$ 240 mil/ano).

O programa de auxílio financeiro do Governo do Estado objetiva garantir condições aos atletas de alto rendimento, para que se dediquem ao treinamento desportivo e representem Mato Grosso do Sul em competições nacionais e internacionais, além de valorizar o profissional responsável pela formação e desenvolvimento de atletas. Ao todo, Mato Grosso do Sul investiu 16,8 milhões em 1594 bolsas para atletas e 161 bolsas técnicos, desde 2013, incluindo o MS Olímpico desde 2021.

Uma modernização no processo de classificação foi realizada nessa edição. Agora as inscrições podem ser realizadas de forma totalmente online, por meio do site da Fundesporte, onde podem anexar os comprovantes e documentos necessários.

Para o diretor-presidente da Fundesporte, Herculano Borges, a inscrição online e digital democratizou o acesso à Bolsa. “Hoje em dia qualquer atleta, tem um smartphone que pode fazer essa inscrição, por isso a adesão foi maior. Acredito que no próximo ano vai aumentar ainda mais tudo isso e nós vamos tentar seguir, esse é o primeiro ano com a inscrição online”, destaca.

Além disso, Herculano falou sobre o incentivo que a categoria MS Olímpico oferece aos atletas paralímpicos. “MS Olímpico contempla os nossos atletas que disputaram as últimas olimpíadas em Tokio garantindo a manutenção deles até a próxima olimpíada em Paris, a gente fica muito feliz de fazer essa entrega, mais de 4 milhões e 200 mil reais entregue para a comunidade esportiva do Mato Grosso do Sul”, revela.

Na ocasião, o secretário da Setescc (Secretaria de Estado de Turismo, Esporte, Cultura e Cultura), Marcelo Miranda, ressaltou que o Bolsa Atleta e Técnico oferece uma ajuda significativa para os melhores atletas, ajudando a custear algumas despesas, mas principalmente reconhece os talentos sul-mato-grossenses.

“O reconhecimento do talento do atleta, tem feito toda a diferença, nós temos relatos de atletas jovens que tinham que parar de treinar para ajudar no sustento da família e hoje a bolsa acaba se configurando como umas das principais rendas da família, isso é legal e acaba tendo um estímulo significativo para que eles continuem treinando”, frisa.

Atletas de destaque em MS contemplados pelos programas:

No xadrez eu me vejo

Arthur Neres de Souza é uma das revelações do xadrez sul-mato-grossense, prova que o esporte escolar é uma das principais bases para a formação de atletas. De Três Lagoas, o enxadrista de 14 anos vem se destacando nos últimos anos em competições estaduais, nacionais e até continentais.

No Campeonato Pan-Americano de Xadrez deste ano, por exemplo, deixou sua marca jogando em todos os ritmos: ouro no blitz, prata no rápido e bronze clássico. Ainda em 2023, sagrou-se campeão estadual e representou o estado nos JEB’s (Jogos Escolares Brasileiros), em Brasília (DF).

Ele é aluno da Escola Estadual Professor João Magiano Pinto, o tradicional Jomap, e faz parte do Prodesc (Programa MS Desporto Escolar), coordenado pela Fundesporte junto à SED (Secretaria de Estado de Educação), que oferece treinamento esportivo no contraturno das aulas em escolas da Rede Estadual de Ensino.

Ele destaca que antes jogava xadrez como uma forma de lazer, a partir de 2021 e 2022 momento que seu professor deu uma oportunidade e ele começou a disputar os torneios.

“Quanto mais eu chego nos torneios e compito com adversários mais fortes, eu vejo que eu ainda tenho que treinar mais, na escola eu tenho a turminha do xadrez que a gente sempre joga. E eles, ou têm medo de jogar comigo, ou querem jogar comigo, para aprender mais e eu ajudo eles. Com o meu destaque eles também estão se motivando, e criando uma turma do xadrez na escola. No xadrez é onde eu me vejo, eu amo jogar”.

Ele ainda destaca a ajuda que o Bolsa Atleta proporcionará em sua vida. “O Bolsa Atleta vai ajudar muito nas despesas dos torneios, porque não é barato, é bem caro, a hospedagem, o transporte, a própria inscrição do torneio”, relata.

Lívia de Souza Lima

É praticamente impossível falar do crescimento do tênis de mesa em Mato Grosso do Sul sem mencionar Lívia de Souza Lima. A mesa-tenista, hoje com 20 anos, desde muito nova atuou pelas seleções de base do Brasil e por lá permaneceu por bastante tempo. Entre tantos títulos em eventos mundiais, destaca-se o ouro no Campeonato Sul-Americano Juvenil, além da participação no Mundial Juvenil (Austrália) e no Mundial Universitário da China, este ano.

Apaixonada pela modalidade, Lívia decidiu ir além: continuar competindo e se formar em Educação Física para seguir seu sonho de ser treinadora. Acadêmica da Unigran Capital, a sul-mato-grossense continua medalhando nos Jogos Universitários Brasileiros e já dá seus primeiros passos como técnica. O objetivo é voltar à seleção brasileira, desta vez no comando técnico de atletas, especialmente os de Mato Grosso do Sul, que têm muito potencial.

Pelo segundo ano pleiteando a bolsa do governo do estado, na categoria universitário, Lívia, relata que desde pequena gosta muito do esporte, e quando começou na faculdade abriu os olhos para ser treinadora e começou a realizar cursos de tênis de mesa e se apaixonou por ser treinadora.

“O tênis de mesa é a minha vida inteira praticamente, mais da metade da minha vida eu joguei tênis de mesa, comecei com 9, estou com 21 agora então o tênis de mesa mudou toda a minha perspectiva e eu nunca vou largar esse esporte e eu vou seguir com ele até o resto da minha vida”, salienta.

Ela ainda ressalta que um dia pretende tentar fazer parte do bolsa técnico. “Alguns outros estados que eu conheço treinadores e treinadoras eles sempre falam da dificuldade de se manter e bancar o custos e tendo o bolsa técnico aqui no estado dá um alívio pra gente a seguir como treinadora e como atleta também”, enfatiza.
