Agentes do setor de Fiscalização de Posturas, da Secretaria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Seplan) da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, com o apoio da Guarda Civil Municipal de Sorocaba, fizeram vistoria em diferentes pontos da cidade, na noite desta sexta-feira (12).
A ação teve início às 22h e prosseguiu até as 4h desta madrugada de sábado (13), percorrendo os bairros Vila Barcelona, Vila Haro, Centro, Jardim Leocádia, Vila Progresso, Mineirão, Vila Gomes, Vila Nova Sorocaba, Jardim Ana Maria, Vila Aeroporto, Jardim São Marcos e Jardim São Paulo.
Desses, 13 estavam fechados no momento da fiscalização, dois foram notificados por falta de alvará de funcionamento e um deles, por obstrução do passeio público; enquanto outro foi multado, também por falta de alvará de funcionamento e interditado por falta de álvara especial; enquanto outro foi multado por falta de alvará especial.
