A Liga Sorocabana de Boxe & Artes Marciais (Lisoboxe), com apoio da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Esporte e Qualidade de Vida (Sequav), iniciou, nesta segunda-feira (5), os treinos de boxe com os 21 candidatos que compareceram na seletiva nos dias 20 e 27 de janeiro, no SESI Votorantim.
Durante o mês de fevereiro, essa nova equipe treinará, de segunda a sábado, com foco na melhora das habilidades motoras básicas e alinhamento técnico dos fundamentos, além de aprenderem mais sobre a modalidade, conhecendo os nomes dos exercícios, suas funções e a forma de executá-los. Isso será aplicado por meio de circuitos de habilidades e exercícios físicos de capacidade aeróbia, flexibilidade e força.
“Eu fico muito feliz pelo interesse das pessoas, em especial nos jovens em aprender essa modalidade esportiva. Esse é o início da realização de um sonho e da construção de uma carreira profissional dentro do boxe”, destaca o professor e treinador, Vladimir Juliano de Godoi.
