A unidade do Procon Móvel de Sorocaba estará em três pontos da cidade na próxima semana, com atendimentos à população. Na segunda-feira (20), os serviços estarão disponíveis no Terminal São Bento, na Zona Norte, sendo que na quarta (22) e sexta (24), o atendimento será realizado na Praça Coronel Fernando Prestes, no Centro, sempre às 9h às 13h. No sábado (25), a unidade permanecerá na praça do Parque São Bento, localizada na Avenida Dr. Gualberto Moreira com a Avenida Vinícius de Moraes, durante ação “Prefeitura de bairro em bairro” que acontece das 9h às 12h.
O Procon Sorocaba, vinculado à Secretaria de Governo (Segov), da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, atua na proteção e na defesa dos direitos do consumidor, sendo importante veículo de valorização e respeito à cidadania. No Procon Móvel, são feitos registros de solicitações, abertura de reclamações referentes ao direito do consumidor, além de orientações e encaminhamentos.
O atendimento presencial também está disponível na sede do Procon Municipal, que fica na Avenida Antônio Carlos Comitre, altura do nº 331, das 9h às 16h, de segunda a sexta-feira, assim como em todas as Casas do Cidadão, das 8h às 17h.
