As famílias de Sorocaba estão convidadas a participar de mais uma edição do projeto “Manhã de Lazer”, neste domingo (12), das 8h às 12h, com uma série de atividades gratuitas oferecidas no Centro Esportivo “Jornalista Armando Bacelli”, localizado na Rua Joaquim F. Barbosa, s/n, na Vila Gabriel.
O projeto leva esporte e lazer inclusivos para praças, parques e Centros Esportivos de Sorocaba, com patrocínio da Sorocaba Refrescos, por meio da Lei Paulista de Incentivo ao Esporte do Governo do Estado, e apoio da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Esporte e Qualidade de Vida (Sequav), além de parcerias com Xadrez Club de Sorocaba e Classic Sports, oferecendo diferentes atividades esportivas, como forma de combater o sedentarismo e promover a inclusão.
A ideia do projeto, que se estende até o ano que vem, surgiu da necessidade de motivar a população a ocupar as praças e áreas de lazer do município com recreação e esporte, incentivando o convívio social.
A programação no Centro Esportivo da Vila Gabriel contará com Basquete 3×3, Futebol de Rua, Capoeira, Voleibol Adaptado, Badminton, Skate, Futebol de Botão, Dama, Xadrez e Gincanas Inclusivas. Essas recreações de inclusão visam promover a interação e a participação de todas as pessoas, independentemente de suas habilidades físicas ou cognitivas. Elas incluem uma variedade de desafios, jogos e tarefas, como Estafetas Divertidas, Jogos de Perguntas e Respostas Acessíveis, Dança Inclusiva, Pintura e muito mais.
