Sorocaba lidera ranking de imóveis lançados entre cidades do interior paulista no terceiro trimestre de 2023 – Noticias

Sorocaba segue o ritmo de economia aquecida, desta vez, no mercado imobiliário. Com 1.022 novos imóveis lançados no terceiro trimestre de 2023, a cidade lidera o ranking de todo estado de São Paulo, entre cidades do interior, superando, inclusive, o município de Campinas. O estudo, divulgado na última semana, foi realizado pelo Sindicado das Empresas de Compra, Venda, Locação ou Administração de Imóveis Residenciais e Comerciais de São Paulo (Secovi-SP).

Sorocaba fica à frente de 31 municípios paulistas de igual ou maior porte, exceto da capital, sendo eles: São José dos Campos, que lançou 923 unidades; seguida de Campinas (746); Araraquara (600); São Bernardo do Campo (600); São José do Rio Preto (448); Indaiatuba (424); Santo André (408); Osasco (334) e Praia Grande (293).

“Isso mostra que o mercado imobiliário de Sorocaba continua em alta, sendo destaque em uma área muito competitiva. Esse ótimo resultado se dá devido a toda a infraestrutura oferecida pela cidade, que atrai novas empresas, gerando maior número de empregos e, consequentemente, a vinda de novos moradores ao município, o que faz a produção e venda ou aluguel de imóveis também crescer”, afirma o prefeito Rodrigo Manga.

Seja para moradia, bem como para investimentos, Sorocaba oferece ótima localização geográfica, próximo aos principais centros consumidores do Brasil e no eixo de duas das principais rodovias do Estado de São Paulo: Castello Branco e Raposo Tavares. A cidade também é referência em programas de apoio, com uma política diferenciada de desburocratização e incentivos fiscais e, ainda, promovendo segurança jurídica e assessoria permanente aos investidores.

Além dos atrativos para investimentos, outro fator importante é a estrutura que o setor imobiliário oferece aos profissionais da área, com a oferta de cursos de capacitação, inclusive, em parceria com o Poder Público, e com serviços proporcionados por órgãos de classe.
